Frequently
Asked Questions
Yes. The Total Maintenance Package covers weekly mowing plus bed care. The Garden Care Package covers bed weeding, edging, mulch and pre-emergent for properties that don’t need mowing. Both packages, with prices, are on our pricing page.
Winter brings leaf cleanup and pruning, with mulching from February into May. Mowing starts in late March, spring pruning lasts from mid-April through June, and summer pruning and a second pre-emergent follow in July and August. Aeration, overseeding and fall pruning happen in September and October. Mowing ends in early November, and leaf cleanup continues through December.
Most do. Tall fescue on compacted Piedmont clay thins out over a hot summer. Aerating and overseeding in September or October gives new seed cool weather to root before winter.
Tell your point of contact or email maintenance@gsulandscaping.com. We log each note in our job software, and it reminds the crew on every visit.
Commercial properties usually get service early in the week and homes nearer the weekend, though routes can shift. We keep the same two-person team and leader on your property whenever possible and add help during leaf season.
Usually within 5 business days, depending on the season, weather and our current schedule.
