We offer two levels of landscape maintenance packages:
- The Total Maintenance Package
- No-Mow Maintenance Package

GSU’s landscape maintenance services include:
- Mowing, trimming, and clean-up: 32 visits per year
- Landscape bed weeding: 35 visits per year
- Edging and mulching of existing mulch beds: 1 visit per year
- Pre-emergent applications on landscape beds: 2 visits per year
- Turf fertilization: 7 or 11 visits per year
- Management property visits: Complimentary for your peace of mind
Yes, we offer a full property maintenance package as well as a no-mow maintenance package. A full breakdown is available on our pricing page.
Our maintenance packages cover one year of service. If you’re receiving landscape maintenance services from us, you’ll be covered by this contract. However, if you need to terminate mid-contract, all services rendered on your property must be paid for in full.
In most cases, we can start your landscaping maintenance services within five business days. However, this depends on the season in which you sign up, the weather conditions at the time, and the services you need us to perform.
