Pricing

You can receive lawn care services from GSU as part of our larger landscaping packages. Depending on your property’s needs and budget, there are two options available to you.

  • Lawn Maintenance Services:
    • Baseline package: Pricing is based on the size of your turf and landscape beds and includes:
    • Mowing, trimming, and clean-up: 32 visits per year
    • Landscape bed weeding: 35 visits per year
    • Edging and mulching of existing mulch beds: 1 visit per year
    • Pre-emergent applications on landscape beds: 2 visits per year
    • Turf fertilization: 7 or 11 visits per year
    • Management property visits: Complimentary for your peace of mind
    *Optional Services for Lawn Care:
    • Aeration & overseeding: Starting at $250 per visit (performed once yearly in the fall)
    • Leaf blowing/removal services: Starting at $65 per man-hour (offered as a five-visit package)
    • Irrigation startup & winterization of existing systems: Starting at $85 per visit

    ***Note: Optional services not included in the original contract can be requested and will be completed at a rate of $80 per man-hour plus the cost of materials.

We have an annual contract for grass cutting, edging and trimming, chemicals and leaf removal - which are always carried out with excellence. We recently contract GSU to edge and spread muck ch that we provided. They did a fantastic job and we are vet happy with the work. We would absolutely recommend them for your yard needs.

Exceptional customer service and work. They take care of everything -- mowing, edging, mulch, leaf removal, aerating and overseeding. I get a lot of compliments from neighbors on my yard. They also coordinate with Virginia Green to make sure weed control and fertilizer don't conflict with the work GSU is doing that week.I really like having my weekends free. Definitely worth it.
