How We Determine Your Price
Every property is unique, so our maintenance agreement pricing is tailored to fit your specific needs. We base our pricing on several key factors: the size of the turf to be maintained, the square footage of landscape beds, the number and size of plant material, and the amount of tree cover—which affects the time required for fall leaf cleanup. This ensures you receive fair, customized service that reflects the care your landscape deserves.
Total Maintenance Package: The monthly commitment ranges from $ 300 to $ 2k+. Our average Total Maintenance Package is ~$525 per month. Please note that this number includes a wide range of contract sizes from baseline packages to all the bells and whistles.
No Mow Maintenance Package: The monthly commitment range would be $ 150- $2k+. Our average No Mow Maintenance Package is ~$375 per month.

*Required Services: All services in the required sections are part of our baseline packages that GSU Landscaping offers. We do not offer maintenance agreements that do not have the required services, period.
**Optional Services: These services can be added to any maintenance agreement but are not required. Please note that it is ALWAYS cheaper to include services in the contract versus adding services outside of the contract in the future.
***We only maintain properties that are on a turf fertilization program. This program does not need to be provided in our contract but must be with a turf fertilization vendor.
Landscape Design Packages
- 2D Front OR Rear Landscaping design: $900
- 2D WHOLE Property Landscape design: $1200
- Add $500 if the design includes a pool concept.
Our detailed landscape design plans provide you with a clear image of the changes you seek for your unique property. Whether you need front yard updates or a complete landscape transformation, we can help you create the landscape design you've been dreaming of.
Any major redrawing would be billed at $150 per design hour.
Hardscape Installations
Every project we install is 100% custom. Giving you solid numbers on a website is impossible, BUT we can give the factors that really drive the cost of any installation project. Those factors include material selection, material quantity, size of hardscaped area, topography and what kind of access we have to the site. We combine all these and develop a proposal for work that is entirely personalized to your project. The best way to get a solid project scope is to schedule a time to meet and our sales team will dial in a proposal for you.
- Patio/Pathway Installations: $5,000 and up
- Retaining Walls: $2,000 and up
- Fire Pits: $3000 and up
- Outdoor Fireplaces: $12,000 and up
- Outdoor Kitchens: $8,000 and up
Landscaping Installation Services
- Plant Installation & Sodding: Its very difficult to give you a price range for aspects that have so many variables. What we can provide are the aspects that drive the cost of the installation. A list of the aspects that effect the overall price include materials varieties, amount of material needed and what kind of access is available to get to the work site.
- Mulching, Grading & Cleanup/Removal: The aspects that drive the costs in these services are the overall area that needs to be serviced, amount of materials or dump fees needed and what kind of access is there to the site.
Since every project that we look at is completely custom its best to set up a meeting to get a personalized quote for your specific project.
Many of our landscaping services are one-time applications that provide long-lasting improvements to your landscape. These services are the professional touches that add function and curb appeal to your landscape.
Total Landscape Lighting Package
- Standard lighting(pathway lighting, up lighting trees and house) 8 light packages start at $1800.00
- Renovate your existing Halogen lighting system with new LED lights: $100 per man-hour plus the cost of materials.
