You’re automatically enrolled when you’re an active GSU maintenance client
You earn 5% back on qualifying enhancement projects
Rewards apply toward future enhancements OR maintenance invoices
Credits never expire
You’re in control — credits are banked until you tell us how you want to use them.
Program Details

All 12-month maintenance clients are automatically enrolled.

Account credits have no cash value.

Credits are earned when enhancement work has been completed and paid for in full.

Credits can be used towards any future enhancement or maintenance invoices.
- The client must notify GSU of where and when to apply credits.
- Program starts 1/1/2026, no retroactive credits.
- Credits do not expire.
- Credits do not apply for Initial Property clean up, Initial Mulching, Warranty work or any Irrigation Repair services.
- Green Side Up Landscaping may update or modify this program at any time.

What Qualifies as an Enhancement?
It may be easier to list what is not included since so much could fall into this category. The following are the only services that would not count towards your Curb Appeal Insider credit, everything else counts:
- Initial Clean-up of the property to initiate a maintenance program.
- Initial Mulching to get your property on the correct mulching schedule.
