In the 25 plus years I have been working in the industry, Green Side Up has by far the best Culture I have seen. Everyone not only cares about getting the job done, but we also care about the customers, and each other. The support is incredible, we all help one another learn and grow, while also caring about the individual and their happiness. It is a true family environment, not just people thrown together to accomplish a daily task. Working here is a career, not just a job. Ownership has not only created an environment to succeed today, but they also make sure your future is mapped out as well, not only for growth and advancement within the company, but also for your future when you retire. This is “home”.

My position at GSU introduced me to uncharted territory in my green industry career.
I was immediately taken under the wings of my supervisors and peers. With their patience and training, I became the confident sales woman I am today.
GSU has a culture if fairness, friendliness, and fun.
Mostly, I love my job because my team has always supported me.

GSU is a great company to work for. Here you will have very competitive wages and great benefits. Salary for foreman is unheard of in this industry and allows me to budget and finance my life even with inclement weather. High starting wages also help for crew members who also acquire great benefits and vacation after 3 months. Anyone looking for a landscaping job in the Richmond area definitely needs to check out what we have going on here!
