Green Side Up Landscaping Plant Warranty Policy
At Green Side Up Landscaping, we take pride in providing high-quality plant material and expert installation. We stand behind our work and want your landscape to thrive. To support that goal, we offer the following plant warranty policy:
Coverage:
We provide a one-year limited warranty on all trees and shrubs installed by Green Side Up Landscaping.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover annuals, perennials, ornamental grasses, or any plant material not installed by Green Side Up.
Shared Responsibility:
Successful plant establishment depends heavily on proper care, especially during the critical first few months after installation. For that reason, this warranty reflects a shared investment in the health of your landscape. If a warranted tree or shrub fails within one year of installation, Green Side Up will cover 50% of the replacement cost, including both labor and materials. The remaining 50% will be the client’s responsibility.
This shared-cost approach ensures that both parties have skin in the game, emphasizing the importance of proper watering, monitoring, and general plant care by the client.
To Qualify for the Warranty:

The plant must have been installed by Green Side Up Landscaping.

The client must notify Green Side Up within the one-year period following installation.

The site conditions must remain suitable for the plant (e.g., not subjected to construction, neglect, or extreme environmental changes).

The plant must have received appropriate care, including watering, as outlined in our post-installation care guide.
